Fees for Services at VCS OUR COSTS AND FEES... Fees are based upon a sliding scale and the client’s ability to pay. Many people are covered by health insurance or other third party payment sources. Individuals covered by HMOs, PPOs, or managed care systems need to carefully check their coverage and requirements before applying for services. Fees and methods of payment are established at the time of application. However, no one who meets admission criteria is refused service because of inability to pay. FUNDING... We are a contract agency of Trumbull LIFELINES - the County Board of Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health, and receive additional funding from donations, client fees, insurance payments, and a number of federal sources including Medicaid, Medicare and Title XX.
