MISSION STATEMENT Valley Community Mental Health Foundation is a philanthropic organization that was created in 2007 to improve community understanding of mental illness and to eliminate stigmas associated with brain disease. Through the generosity of individuals, corporations, and other private foundations, VCMHF seeks to raise money for programs that help people with mental illness achieve healthy, independent lives within our community. The Foundation supports Valley Counseling Services and other organizations that advocate and educate on the behalf of those affected with mental illness in the Mahoning Valley and surrounding areas. |
