Valley Counseling Services, Inc. is a private, non-profit behavioral
healthcare provider, established in 1956, serving people primarily in
Trumbull County, Ohio. Services are available for all ages, children
through senior citizens. The agency is located at three offices around
the county to increase accessibility and reduce the distance people have
to travel for service. VCS is certified by the
Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities
(CARF). The agency is a
member of the Ohio Council of Behavioral Healthcare
Providers. Public behavioral health
services are funded by
Trumbull LIFELINES.
